I have never been contacted by Veolia, which is why I submitted this Ticket. City of East Palo Alto has contracted out to Veolia, which does not mean the City is not responsible for this failure. Please effectively supervise and make sure that residents receive the services they deserve. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter.

I have reached out to the Veolia team regarding your concern. They will be following up with the data/information. The City doesn't have any of the information as Veolia is the water operator. If you have further concerns please let us know.
