Community petition on AI intellectual property protection

Dear East Palo Alto City Officials,

I am a California resident who recently launched a public petition urging stronger protection of AI-related intellectual property and greater enforcement against technology theft.

Given Silicon Valley’s leadership in AI innovation, I believe this issue is relevant to our local community and economy. I would be grateful if you could review the petition and consider raising awareness through council discussion, public comment, or community channels.

Public Compaint of E. Palo Alto Resident

The home owner of the address 120 Abelia Way, East Palo Alto, CA 94303 has a security alarm in their backyard, which is a nuisance. The alarm sounds very loud and typically is triggered very sensitively by wildlife near by. I kindly ask if the City of East Palo Alto, politely ask the home owner to turn off their alarm siren, so I am able to sleep without being woken up by their alarm.

Nighttime Dog Barking Complaint – 2413 Gonzaga Street

I am writing to formally report a recurring noise issue. For the past few months, a dog at the property located at 2413 Gonzaga Street, East Palo Alto has been barking during the night. While it does not occur every night, it typically happens about once every two days, and can happen anytime between approximately 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The barking usually lasts a few minutes up to 15 minutes, and it wakes me up and has been disturbing my sleep.
