Hello my name is Carlos Hernandez and I'm going to be closing on the deal soon on 101 Garden Street East Palo Alto. The reason I'm reaching out is because I will need a extension on permit "HR22_013" since the j deadline is February 7, 2024 and I wouldn't have enough time and funds to start building right away after moving in to my house.
