I live at 245 East Okeefe st East Palo Alto. Someone told me the building is in the process to be bought out and that they are having meetings with the city or with the new owners I'm not quite sure. Do you know who I can talk to to get more information on this matter? Thank you so much

I just wanted to send an email because this property listing came up, and it says 1775 ft.², and has a finished basement and just wanted to see if that had permits or if you had any record of permits for that, thank you. I have some buyers that are interested and would like to know Because the county record show is 1200 days square feet

The owner of this property is renting the warehouse to us as a church identity but wants to confirm with the city of Palo Alto if we can use the warehouse for church services.
