I am writing to formally file a claim for reimbursement due to vehicle damage caused by a hazardous pothole located on East Bayshore Road directly outside of 2197 East Bayshore Road in East Palo Alto.

Police does not access this website since it is for PRA request.

Vandalism Report

Damage done to my Audi A5 on the front right fender my mom caught it out her window upstairs while I was in shower .you guys came out about two weeks ago evaluated everything never put in a report I put in a claim with my insurance and before they move on they need a number or some reference #  for insurance and repair purposes that they started on

Hit and run by Bud Light Truck

Big rig bud light truck scraped the front driver side of my car with their rear driver side between east bayshore road and Embarcadero. 
 

driver hit and run license plate was along the lines of 4REK308? Not too confident of the last two numbers.

Hit and Run

Grey Tesla with Black Roof Rack hit the back of my car. On Purdue/Xavier St. Vehicle kept on driving and did not stop. Could not get a license plate number but I did call the police with a desc of the vehicle. Policr also told me to submit this ticket.

Traffic stop request

Hello,

 

I wanted to petition for a traffic stop between Demeter St. and Bay Rd. There is a ballet studio on the corner and the dental office on the other. My daughter and I have almost gotten hit multiple times walking through that intersection even when we press the crosswalk lights for people to stop. Today she was inches away from getting hit because we started walking and someone kept driving through. Is there anything I need to do in order to petition the stop?
