I'd like to file a noise complaint on someone that is raising chickens and roosters. The roosters are very noisy and its become a nuisance. The roosters crow at 4 or 5 in the morning EVERY morning as well as on and off throughout the day. Its getting to the point where I cant sleep and  are waking everyone in the house earlier than we'd like. The noise is coming from 2275 or 2277 Clarke Avenue. I live at 2253 Menalto Ave and can hear them from several blocks away. This has been going on for several months now.

My name is Betsy Martinez I live in a garage on 840 Schembri Ln in East Palo Alto CA 94303. When we first moved in rent was $1400 then landlord increased rent to $1700. She has been harassing my mother in regards to some fairy lights I leave on for my own safety because the floor is uneven when I come home late at night. My mother tested positive with Covid and is in ICU. This is the straw that broke the camels back I can no longer tolerate her and she has not given me my mail in weeks. She keeps the mail locked and I have not been able to cash a pay check from a client. 

I tried searching local codes but could not find a definitive answer. Is it ok in EPA to live in my car on public streets for an extended period of time (> 1 week). This would not be an RV, but just a regular car.

There has been an abandoned boxed white cargo truck parked in front of my house for several days. On the side of the truck it says, Nor-Cal moving services, CA460744, license plate # 72040J2.

The tenant at 1807 Woodland Avenue, East Palo Alto, has a light brown Chihuahua(?) dog that they let roam the neighborhood and it likes to crap in front of my residence. I am tired of cleaning up after this dog.

Please warn tenant owner and/or impound this Chihuahua dog.
