Hard to make clear left turn due to new fences blocking the view is this legal and if cause a incident is city will take liability

When making right turn from Azalia to gardenia way it's very hot to see or coming from gardenia way me away making a left on Azalia it's hard to see. It's very dangerous. I don't know if it's legal or not. Please check thanks

Residents at 983 Garden Street are holding Spanish church services under a blue tarp, multiple times a week, for hours at a time.

During these "services", multiple people scream into a very loud PA System that can be heard for blocks.  They also play instruments and sing very off tempo against a backing track .

should a fire break out, PEOPLE ARE UNDER A TARP!

Please help.

The shed is at the south east corner of the property. The structure needs to be immediately moved to maintain the mandatory setback as per the enforced law

The homeowner at 2888 Illinois St has acquired a rooster earlier this year that crows loudly and repeatedly throughout the day. It begins crowing around 3:00 AM and continues until around 7:00 PM. I have dozens of recordings of the crowing, with some in the extremely early morning hours of 5:00 AM and earlier. It crows loud enough that it comes through all our extensive efforts at new soundproofing against the rooster and is impacting our health by chronic sleep deprivation. Even driving to work is becoming unsafe from lack of sleep.

My neighbors house has been empty for a couple  months. Ever since her tenants moved, i have been getting cockroaches and fleas. I have had my place fumigated but the problem persists. I have already spoken to the owner about the situation but it doesnt look like shes doing much to get rid of the problem.
