Dear East Palo Alto City or Code Enforcement Office,

My name is Natalie, and I live on E Okeefe St, East Palo Alto. I am writing to formally report two pressing issues on the vacant lots at the corner of East O’Keefe and Euclid Avenue.

First, the fencing on the lots has netting that is not securely fastened. When the wind blows, the netting extends onto the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to step into the street to avoid injury. This is a serious safety hazard.

This property has undergone a tremendous remodel without permits: new gas line in kitchen and water heater alteration in garage, window replacements, full bath remodels, full electrical panel and lighting replacements, new furnace/mechanical, new plumbing, structural alterations with removing a weight bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room, drywall removal in some areas and replacements in others. Please inspect ASAP!! Investor is getting ready to flip it.
