Illegal Dumping

Cooley ave sidewalk full of furniture, chairs, grill, and trash left behind from loiters (beer cans, wrappers) on both sides specifically infront of 2370 cooly ave and across the street

Worker reported that there are 2 shopping carts filled with clothing and garbage on site at 2415 University Ave, East Palo Alto, CA 94303. 

It is in the alleyway between the South side of the building and the McDonalds next door. 

I am writing to report ongoing issues with illegal dumping by neighbors. They consistently leave unwanted furniture on the sidewalk and across the street from their home, contributing to a buildup of trash, beer cans, and other debris. Over the past two weeks, I have observed the obstruction of the sidewalk with chairs, tables, and tarps, which are not properly cleaned up afterward. This neglect is creating an environment of disregard for public space.

I bike on Weeks street every morning and in the afternoon and RVs have garbage, broken glass and cars parked blocking the side way. This is not safe for bikers.

Sometimes in the evening kids are playing in the middle of the street and pets are off leash, this is not acceptable.

I live on Runnymede but I avoid biking there due street conditions in front of the school, it is very hard on the lower back and the bike.
