Hello
I am the manager for Nugent Square Apartment that is located at 2361 University Ave East Palo Alto. The bus stop is in bad shape the windows are broken and trash has not been picked up. My maintenance and Janitorial services have been cleaning it because it gives a bad site. I am urging you to please look or send someone to fixed it or removed it.

I am writing to report that our parking lot is flooded as well as our alleyway. We will service the community tomorrow (Tuesday) with our food distribution. Please advise a service date and time asap. Our parking is being compromised as well as the safety of our families who will need to pick up groceries.
