Street Maintenance

Hello, I'm writing this to let the east palo alto city council know on tate street there's a park called Joel davis park with a kids playground , and I witness a kid almost got ran over for crossing the road, the car was speeding I believe was doing over 40mph on tate street , I yelled at the kid n she stopped between two parking cars n the driver couldn't see her she was about 3,4yrs old this is not the first time this happens with drivers doing 30+mph . In the evening there r lots of cars speeding on this street at night.

the street lights on the strip of University avenue from highway 84 to Purdue avenue has been off for quite some time. thanks

Why is the city wasting water on the street median, also the parks are using way too much water , we are in a severe drought , stop watering!!
