Street light is down for 2 months already on the pole # 1949 located on intersection of Azalia DR and Verbena Drive, East Palo Alto or front of the house 212 Azalia Drive, EPA CA94303.

Additionally; some connection equipment box is not installed correctly and hang down above  the pedistian walk.
