Mr Rossbach, (Chief Building Code Inspector) has no "Legal Authority To "Tag"1124 Camellia Dr, East Palo Alto, Ca 94303") & Tell him if anybody break in the Devoe's family resident:(1124 Camellia Dr. East Palo Alto, Ca 94303) We're calling the Police.  Condemning Property Without "Due Process of Law"  is a "Constitutional Rights Violation, Is this what the "City" Want?

This original Complaint is against, Chief Building Officer, JOE Rossbach and co/worker.

Who both continue to Tag our home like they got Legal Authority  over a home neither Code Inspector officer have ever stepped foot in this house 1124 Camellia Dr. East Palo Alto, Ca. 94303. These "Liers" working for the city of East Palo Alto, Can get this "City"  "Sued" over lying. et.,al .  No hearing or Inspection was ever had in this case. Code Enforcement have rules & regulations to follow or else it wouldn't be nothing.
