Hi, please do not let the city of East Palo Alto comeback to a insecure city ; I am a house owner and I see on the on Clarke Ave to many weird people , to many RVs parking on the Ronneymede st. By the university and bay st. Too many homeless people and drugged . Have control before this get out of control. Have more under covers patrolling the streets. People have 7 dogs in their back yard barking, creating a lot of flies and the pup smells is intolerable. What ever you go University St.

Please let me know if the behavior you complained about has continued or stopped. I have contacted our parking enforcement team and cautioned them about applying enforcement fairly and consistently when they are issuing citations.

Hello. I live on Daphne Way at the entrance to the Bay Lands. Last night a person in a white truck changed the oil in their truck in front of our house at the entrance to the Bay Lands. He left a huge oil stain. Not sure what can be done about it and I don't want to spray in into the gutter so it goes in drain to the bay. Can someone from the city come out a take a quick look and possibly recommend how to remove the oil. Thank you.
