I have never been contacted by Veolia, which is why I submitted the below Ticket.  City of East Palo Alto has contracted out to Veolia, which does not mean the City is not responsible for this failure.  Please effectively supervise and make sure that residents receive the services they deserve.  Otherwise, I will escalate this matter.

Rats between walls and ceiling

Please help...

I called in a work order for rats between the walls since Thursday with the Woodland park apartments and No one has come out to check out if there is a hole in the building or ceiling because now there is lots of noise on the ceiling as well. I am so upset that Woodland is being neglecting the residents and not assisting with important work orders like rats.

Please help ASAP the noise is not letting us sleep and most importantly we don't want the rats to end up in our apartments.
