Parking

Does Code Enforcement exist in The City of East Palo Alto? There has been a white truck with a Ford Logo (plate # 4U89822) on Tulane Ave parked unmoved for months. Another Ford Truck, (plate # 36552N2) gray/silver in color parked on Rutgers St for over 2 weeks. No movement from this vehicle either. There are street signs posted for days where cars are not to park on the street for the Street Sweeping, unfortunately they too are not enforced. I would think E.P.A. is too small to be this neglected.

Homeless Encampments at Cooley Landing

There's a growing number of homeless encampments at Cooley Landing. Appreciate enforcing code and directing them to the nearest shelter.

Enabling EPA residents to have a fair utilization of park areas, and keeping our parks well kept.
