Noise level complaint

Hello,

May I please learn, is there a noise ordinance for the city of East Palo Alto? Cars circling around my neighborhood have extremely loud engines - more than 110 dB.

The circling car frequency with revved-up engines is increasing every day. I am not able to sit still in my own living room - I cannot open the windows.

Is there any chance of requesting a patrolling code enforcement officer?
