I am a resident of 188 Jasmine Way, currently renting bedroom 1 from Bungalow Living and we have not had hot water for 2 weeks now. They rental agency has not responded to us since their initial dispatch request saying that they would send a support team which they did not. Then they have not responded to any emails since. I tried calling them on all of their numbers this morning to speak with someone and my calls are no longer going through.
