motor home parked at the very end of Illinois street  to the right  has been there several days causing neusance with different people and cars stopping by all day and night neighbors feel unsafe

Truck hasn't moved going on 4 weeks. Corned of Donohoe and addison. Red fors f150 license 07253c2

On properties 828 & 830 Weeks St EPA the Cobbs family has had 2-4 cars parked without moving or running and possibly not registered for the past 12 years. 
Also, per my understanding they cannot have their garbage and recycling bins visual from the street view in which they do have around 6 bins against the fence which can be seen from the street.

On the same properties they have a lot of old debris which can be a fire hazard and rodent hazard if not cleaned and maintenanced. 

Hello, car with broken windows has been parked for weeks, it was finally tagged and someone removed the tag leaving the sticker on the floor with removing the vehicle.

Please help the parking situation on our street is stressful for homeowners like myself with only two vehicles.
