There is a street light pole not working on my street close to my house. I am not sure if am reaching the correct place or if I have to call PG&E. Please feel free to reach back with any additional information. Infront of address 411 Larkspur Dr East Palo Alto, CA 94303.

I need Water Meter Readings for 5 months from June to October 2023 as I was told by a Veolia technician that Water Meter Readings are available only if I call Veolia. As I experienced before, nobody answers calls or calls back (the automatic message states that to leave a message is the only option). Is it acceptable that Water Meter Readings are not disclosed on the invoice or online, by the way?

Good afternoon Melinda,

We have received your comment about the encampment on the rail spur path. We work with community service agencies to make contact and house individuals living in encampments. I will notify these agencies of the location so they can send out a team.
