I am writing this email to request that the following issue be added to your agenda for consideration by the East Palo Alto Public Works Committee:

What are the city regulations governing an activity such the one in question? Did the business in question have a business permit? What restrictions were part of the permit? If the business has a permit when was it issued and was the planning commission involved?

Lenin who works in Code Enforcement went out twice to check this issue out and found nothing.

Dear Keiko,

 

Thank you for raising this concern.  The City and the Joint Powers Authority are aware of this activity occurring in a portion of the creek and there is an ongoing effort to address this. However, I am unsure which exact location you are referring to, and if it is different than the location we are aware of.
