Lenin who works in Code Enforcement went out twice to check this issue out and found nothing.

Dear Keiko,

 

Thank you for raising this concern.  The City and the Joint Powers Authority are aware of this activity occurring in a portion of the creek and there is an ongoing effort to address this. However, I am unsure which exact location you are referring to, and if it is different than the location we are aware of.

Stop harassing the residents. The police is harassing the residents and kids unnecessarily. Leave us!
