Hi there,
We've noticed an increase in the cat population in the last 3 years in the Costano School neighborhood (mainly since the pandemic happened). From approximately 3 cats, it increased to around 15-20 cats with the consequences that goes with it. I am especially concerned about it as we have children.
Is there any process in place to regulate cat overpopulation in East Palo Alto? If so, would you mind explaining the next steps? If not, can it be discussed at one of our city weekly meeting?

Good Morning,
I dont know if this may be to much to ask for but I have been dealing with a bit of parking problems to a point where I cant find any parking because residents get mad and state to read signs of no parking but I am guessing that it is street legal parking. I just want to park comfortable. My neighbors even move my trailer out to street because i park in front of there house.

Hello to it may concern,
I am a resident of East Palo Alto and I am writing this today because I have had trouble looking for parking on my street. The reason being is that people are leaving there trash cans out on the street to save parking on public road. A resident came up to me after I have moved the cans to park my vehicle and threaten me with touching my vehicle because I had move the cans out the way. I would like an update on the law and would like to know what us residents can do when people leave there trash cans out to save parking. hope to hear back soon

There's been building activity on the bank of Sanfrancisquito Creek. Some construction material being brought over and the bank soil being leveled to make flat area for space to build. The person(s?) had been moving 2x4's, plywood, etc. onto the area for a couple of months, but earlier supplies had been washed away due creek water rising from the rain.

There is a white Nissan Frontier that has been parked outside my house for the past three days (since Sunday April 23, 2023 today is April 26, 2023). It has not moved and no one has entered or approached the vehicle since Sunday. This is impeding on the people who live here being able to park at night. The vehicles license plate number is 10042M3.
