Near the corner of Cooley Avenue and University Ave, EPA citizens have been using the sidewalk as a dump area throughout the street for months now and adding more garbage every day.  Also, there is a nasty urine smell on the sidewalk because of men hanging out on the street but do not live on Cooley Ave.  continue to loiter on Cooley and urinate in public.  Please clean up the street where the situation keeps getting worse and worse each day.

Large Illegal Encampment. Safety concern and health hazard. Dumping and open fires.

House no. 155 or 159 are blocking the pedestrian way with their garbage- recycle bins. That way is meant for the pedestrians, handicapped, wheelchairs, or baby strollers for their safety so they are not on the road. I walk many times in the dark and don't want to be on the road where the car drivers may not be able to see me. I have told them multiple times, but they don't care.

My car was parked outside my house, and a car hit my car, I don't know the exact time but it was during the early morning.
