Thank you for your message. As you may know, the City is dealing with multiple encampment issues along Woodland Avenue, from West Bayshore to Clarke Avenue and beyond. Our Public Works team set up a clean-up two weeks ago, including scheduling a bio-hazard team to come out, and another clean-up is scheduled for this upcoming Monday July 1, 2024. Please know that we are aware of these issues and the team is trying their best to remedy the situation.
Called Ms. Torres at 9:15 AM informing her the procedures for tree trimming. If the tree is on her property and she would like to have it removed, she will need to request for a tree removal permit. If the tree is on her neighbor's property, and the branches are growing over onto her property, she can trim it back so long it does not harm the tree's health.

I have been informed of a tree which needs to be trimmed on 135 Donohoe and reaches into the neighbor Chordia's property and is near power lines.
We would like to trim the tree as it is already dead and leaning on the fence which straddles both properties. As has been known Neighbor Chordia is unique; there will be issue, will call police, etc,) with tree trimmers coming onto his property to remove the branches.
I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Once again there is much trash dumped along West Bayshore and Woodland, extending from the front of FixIt auto along to the back past the fenced in "to be developed area". What is happening with the grass parking lot next to the creek where there are many discarded vehicles - fire hazard!
