JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES RFP

The City of East Palo Alto (City) is pleased to announce a request for proposal (RFP) to engage a qualified and professional company to conduct necessary cleaning and maintenance services for the City's trash management across various facilities located within the City of East Palo Alto. A comprehensive list of the City's locations with service descriptions is provided in Exhibit B.

The selection of the successful proposer will be based on a combination of factors, including the total cost outlined in Exhibit B, the scope of services offered, the performance history, and the overall reliability of the proposing company.
