Project Description

The City of East Palo Alto is soliciting qualifications from experienced and licensed contractors to provide as-needed, on-call services related to stormwater drainage improvement, debris removal, pumping services, and related flood-prevention work within the city limits. The selected contractor(s) will enter into an on-call agreement to provide these services on an as-needed basis, including emergency response.

Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

•Installation and repair of drainage inlets

•Pumping and removal of accumulated stormwater

•Cleaning of valley gutters and removal of debris

•Flood-prevention support at San Francisquito Creek

•Levee repair and stabilization

•Other related work necessary to protect public infrastructure

Submission Requirements

Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit a complete response to the Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals must clearly demonstrate the firm’s understanding of the requested services and meet all requirements outlined in the RFP document.
