Request for Proposals: O'Connor Pump Station Underground Diesel Storage Tank Piping Upgrades
The City of East Palo is seeking proposals from qualified professionals for the design of the O'Connor Pump Station Underground Diesel Storage Tank Piping Upgrades project.
Project Background
The O'Connor Pump Station, located in the southeast portion of the City of East Palo Alto, is responsible for draining the majority of the City's storwmater discharge. This discharge is conveyed by four diesel-driven axial flow pumps and a single electric motor-driven low flow pump. The four diesel-driven pumps are supplied diesel via underground fuel supply lines from a 2,000-gallon underground storage tank.
The primary objective of this project is to upgrade the existing underground fuel supply lines for the diesel-driven pumps.
